News (IFN) Forum on October 15, 2008, to be held at the LeParker Meridien in New

Dr. Eagle will be the moderator for a forum entitled United States and The Islamic
Capital Markets. This session will focus on the position of New York in regards to
Islamic Finance. Participants will discuss the regulatory requirements and tax
issues, what it takes to build the necessary infrastructure, recent developments in
Islamic finance at home and abroad, and New York's future role and prospects in
Islamic finance.

With previous experience working with Islamic financial institutions, Dr. Eagle will
contribute her expertise to the discussion and help answer important questions. "I'm

accomplished in the world of Islamic finance, and learning more about how New York
and the United States can continue to develop the Islamic banking world," Dr. Eagle

The Islamic Finance News Forum Road Show 2008
